I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to MITEC and MATRADE, and there are plenty of eateries around. The rooms were comfortable and clean after I switched to a different one, but the service left something to be desired, as I encountered some rude staff members. Overall, it offers good value for money but could definitely improve on the service front.

However, the rooms were not clean, with one having a cockroach, which was quite off-putting. The dining options were also disappointing, especially breakfast, which I wouldn't recommend. I stayed at a hotel that had a great view of the city, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't ideal. The rooms were quite dirty and oddly had no windows, which made me feel a little cramped. The location was convenient in avoiding traffic but quite far from the town center, and dining left something to be desired with a lackluster breakfast.
